As someone who hates diets I have to say this sounds like a pretty amazing study. Sure, eating healthy and exercising are tried and true methods to living a longer, better life, but it’s reassuring to know that if you’re carrying a little more weight than you should (or would like) you’re not doomed.
I guess like everything in life there’s a balance, because I could definitely see myself trying to justify an extra piece of pizza using this info!
