Dayna Steele. Doesn’t it sound like a superhero name? And she IS kind of is a superhero. She’s hung out with people like Aerosmith, Kiss, Bon Jovi, and Sting. People that would make us mere mortals fall to the ground chanting, “We’re not worthy!” Dayna goes up to those people and says, “I know a good Mexican place around here.”

But she’s also got other projects that have nothing to do with rock. For instance, Dayna didn’t think that people at sporting events were paying the proper respect to the Star Spangled Banner. So she started Operation National Anthem, which provides videos from soldiers that arenas can play on their Jumbotrons. It’s a great reminder that while you’re enjoying an $8 hot dog, other Americans are halfway around the world, so the least you can do is stand at attention before you watch the Yankees lose.
